Caiquenes is a property with plenty of character surrounded by a nice garden plot and at a stone throw away from the beach. Coming here means opting for a more relaxed stay and enjoying all the benefits of a boutique hotel experience, great personal service, a meal when it suits you and tailored to your preferences…the owner is more than happy to oblige for this!

Location

12 km’s or 10 minutes drive from town and is set in a small green plot of land on the shores of the lake which is just 300 metres away.

Rooms

The 8 rooms are all different and decorated in a simple clean way with light fabrics contrasting well with some of the dark antique furniture found in the rooms. There is plenty of space to move around and some rooms give partial views of the lake. There are no triple rooms but connecting rooms with lounge in between perfect for a family. All rooms have garden views and some premium ones come with a Jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a 3-room family room featuring a lounge/sitting area in between the rooms for extra privacy and space.

Layout

The property spreads over 2 floors and has a very welcoming dining area with garden views. The lounge area is a good size with big wide windows to make the most of the lake panoramic views.

Features

Owner is very friendly and seems to understand the needs of her guests, preparing meals upon request. The guestbook praises the food served here and dog lovers will be happy with the lively and friendly housedog, which likes to welcome all guests personally.
