Estancia Dos Lunas

Set high in the Sierras Chicas that lie to the north of Cordoba, the Estancia Dos Lunas was once a working cattle ranch and is now a luxury retreat, featuring stunning countryside and excellent food and service in which to see it.

The buildings themselves have been kept in pretty much the same condition as they were in the past, although with a few luxury additions here and there to make it all the more liveable. The main building itself features a comfortable lounge area with an array of interesting books and games to play when the weather turns cold. Next door to this is the simple and elegantly furnished restaurant where all of the meals are taken. A point worth noting is that the one thing that the estancia truly excels at is the quality of the food and the dining experience with only the finest produce being used throughout.

The rooms themselves are on the simple and elegant side with comfortable beds and warm covers in which to curl up at night. While they may not feature all of the mod cons such as TVs and power showers, they are comfortable in a countryside manner and are all the more rewarding for being so.

The Estancia Dos Lunas features a swimming pool and stables nearby. Due to the large size of the estate there is plenty to keep guests occupied even for stays up to a week. With its cosy atmosphere and great location we happily recommend the place to families.
